Health Care: A Right or Privilege?

Do you as a person have a right to healthcare? If it is a right, then it is the government’s responsibility to ensure that you get it. If healthcare is a mere privilege, does the government have the legal right to manage how much it costs? If it is a right of the people, what is the difference between healthcare and elective medical treatment? If healthcare is simply a privilege when does it become the financial responsibility of a family to keep a child or the elderly alive?

Fuzzy Christianity

When your politicians claim to be Christians make them account for it. Make them account for the tough questions about their faith. Don't let them get away with saying I'm a Mormon, I am a protestant, I'm a Catholic. If they are going to throw their faith into the puplic eye, make them tell us about how it will effect their decision making. And anyone who wants to be president should have to say how their foreign policy will be influenced by their interpretation of the book of revelations.
